Our Story

Bistro Palms began a new chapter when it became a family-owned restaurant under the care of local owners with a vision for creating something meaningful in Marianna. More than simply running a restaurant, their goal is to build a place where people feel welcome, connections are made, and the community can come together.

That vision can be felt throughout Bistro Palms—from the approachable atmosphere and personal hospitality to the care placed into every guest experience. The restaurant was designed to feel comfortable for every occasion, whether guests are sharing dinner with family, meeting friends at the bar, celebrating a milestone, or enjoying live music on the weekend. 

As Bistro Palms continues to grow, the family remains committed to building a restaurant that reflects the people it serves: relaxed, lively, welcoming, and always evolving.

At the center of the Bistro Palms story is an authentic wood-fired pizza oven imported directly from Italy. It represents the restaurant's appreciation for tradition, craftsmanship, and food prepared with purpose.

Rather than changing what guests already love, the family is building upon it. Authentic wood-fired pizza remains an important part of the Bistro Palms identity, while the full-service bar, live entertainment, private celebrations, and growing menu allow the restaurant to serve the Marianna community in even more ways.

The next chapter of Bistro Palms includes an exciting expansion into fresh seafood. A new oyster bar is being developed to introduce raw oysters, steamed crab legs, and additional seafood offerings to the restaurant.

This expansion is part of a larger vision for Bistro Palms: to continue growing as a local destination while preserving the family ownership, warm hospitality, and community spirit at the heart of the restaurant.
